Corfu Machine Company warrants its manufactured and repaired cylinders and machined components will be free from defect in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from date of shipment. 

Defective products will be subject to inspection and at the discretion of Corfu Machine Co, Inc., will be limited to repair, replacement, or credit based on the results of our evaluation. 

The warranty does not apply to cylinders and components which have been subject to improper application, installation or improper operating procedures. 

Corfu Machine Co, Inc. will not be liable for any labor costs for removal, installation, lost time, lost profit, incidental or consequential damages, direct or indirect.

This warranty is the only warranty applicable and excludes all other warranties, expressed or implied.
